Uncle Bok Spicy Chutney Biltong sticks are made from high quality Irish Topside Beef Steak. All fat and sinew are trimmed off before being cut into very thin strips, marinated in our very own Bosveld chili-chutney spice blend and air dried to form crispy dry sticks with the perfect sweet-salty balance.
Great taste with a kick of heat ideal for the cold days out training.
